I offer a free initial consultation(30mins).
This gives us both time to explore your needs and how therapy can help you. It is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and discuss any concerns you may have.
£60 per 1-hour session
£40 for trainee Counsellors
I ask that payment is via bank transfer before sessions to make our work together smooth, and without interruption
