For new clients, where I have capacity, I ask for an informal 30 minutes telephone conversation to become familiar with your story and an opportunity for you to consider if I am the right therapist for you. The number of sessions depends on you and what you are working through. I am bound by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy’s ethical framework which means I commit to only working with you if I really believe I can help you.
