Wellbeing Days

Surrender your phone, smart phones and devices, and join a Wellbeing Day in beautifully historic Market Bosworth.

The setting is at Cowpastures Farm, a 120 acre working farm, comprising of beautiful woodlands and fields. It’s the perfect location to get away from the stresses of daily life (and your phone!) and to take time out for yourself, to try something new, and to rejuvenate the body and mind.

Reconnect with nature, retreat to the forest and nurture your wellbeing on a Wellbeing Day.

Unless unsafe, Wellbeing Days will continue regardless of weather conditions, so bring appropriate clothing and a brave mindset!.

Attending the wellbeing day was a truly rejuvenating experience. The event was impeccably organised and set in beautiful woodland surroundings, which added to the sense of peace and relaxation. I particularly enjoyed the yoga and mindfulness activities, including aromatherapy, which helped me to unwind and reconnect with myself.

Spending the day without our phones allowed us to connect with each other on a personal level, free from distractions, and we had a lot of fun doing so.

I would recommend this to anyone as a wonderful alternative to traditional spa days—a refreshing break and a powerful reminder of the importance of self-care.

I went onto a wellbeing day ran by Annie and it was fabulous. Time away from my phone and the world for 6 hours was total bliss. I tried things within but also out of my comfort zone and thoroughly enjoyed each one. If you’re open minded and willing to give anything a go you’ll get so much out of this day. Welcoming and warm in such a beautiful setting, the team took care of everything so you could just focus on ‘being’ and take it all in. When can I come back?! Thanks again Annie and wellbeing team

What an enjoyable and relaxing day! I really appreciated the digital detox, which allowed me to fully concentrate on the mindful activities that we took part in. Yoga and meditation in the woods was especially calming for me, hearing the birds in the wood whilst connecting with the world around me
